We operate an advanced 67,000 m²manufacturing facility with 12 automated production lines and annual capacity up to 5.2 million units, built for consistent quality, reliable lead times, and scalable supply. At present, our annual production capacity is 5.8 million pieces of products. The saturation ratio of productivity is 75%.
At present, over 70% of our productivity is completed by production equipments. The automation degree has been improved constantly.
We own SMT tool equipments, injection molding machines, RoHS testing equipments, automatic logistics system convey project equipments, laser printing, equipments and electron & electric testing equipments etc., totally over 12.0 million USD.
We have more than 150 patented technologies.
At present, the staff composition of our main department is as below: QC System - 43 persons; Business Department - 16 salesmen; R&D Department - 21 designs technicians;
Production Department - 500 workers;
